Return to Training

England Athletics recently released updated COVID-19 guidelines for running clubs.

The Committee and Run Leaders have assessed these to make appropriate provision for the return of training.

We will be returning to Tuesday and Thursday sessions with specified paced groups, as mentioned in the recent survey sent out. Please note these sessions are for club members only, you will need to have current membership for 2020-21.

To attend these sessions you must first read the Risk Assessment and then fill in the COVID Self Assessment Form. This is required by England Athletics to assist with our efforts to trace any runners who may have been in contact with those showing suspected COVID symptoms.

You will also need to register with Run Together in order to book your place for the sessions we are putting on. We recommend using their website in preference to the app, as it is easier to find the club sessions there.

All details about these sessions are on the Run Together Club Page, including meeting points and suggested pace/distance. Should you be unable to attend a session which you are booked on, please cancel your reservation so that another member can have your place.
