Each week we will run three separate routes.
A short, middle and long run – usually consisting of around
3, 5 & 7 miles miles in distance.
This helps us to cater for all of the runners in the club.
We ensure that we have ‘run leaders’ in each group who will monitor the runners and
keep an eye on safety and welfare. Here are a few examples of typical weekly Striders routes. Occasionally, some of our runners will organize separate group runs on a Sunday morning for those who fancy some trail running.
We also arrange special training routes to cater for any upcoming events that the group might be taking part in.
